Highly recommend Impact Auto Body! The repair was excellent and the people were very helpful and kind. I spoke primarily with Chrissy and Diane, both of whom were very helpful and quick to call/message back whenever I had questions. The repair went through insurance and Impact dealt with them directly and seamlessly, making the process very easy and straightforward on my end. Had a couple of unexpected setbacks with the repair, and they were quick to update me and be upfront about delays. If you’re looking for auto body work, they will treat you and your car well!

My car was hit while parked. I called to schedule body work. Impact Auto Body had availability about 10 days later so I made an appointment to drop off the van and the insurance report of the damage was sent over. When I showed up (with rental car scheduled, and waiting for me), they said they wouldn't do the work. "They lose money every time". I had to scramble to find a new shop to take my van. Disappointed they wouldn't fix my van or at least tell me ahead of time that they needed to see it in person before agreeing to do the work.

I recently had my car serviced at Impact Auto Body after a senior citizen transport van backed into me while I was at the dentist. I wish I was kidding. They got me in as soon as they could, they dealt with the insurance agent, and they called to update me. There was an initial mixup about where the repairs were made, but they immediately corrected it and a week later my car was ready to be picked up. Unfortunately when I went to get my car, there was a new, very large crack running down from the top of the windshield. I couldn't believe my luck and was understandably frustrated. I talked with the owner and while it seemed to be a situation outside both of our controls, he asked for a day to reach out to his glass guy. I left feeling worried I now had a cracked windshield to deal with. The next day someone reached out to me from a glass company and said they would come replace my windshield on Imapct's behalf. They were out the following Monday to do the replacement and my car is in great condition once again. Impact took care of everything. Big thanks to Chris, Diane, Chrissy, and the rest of the Impact crew. They went above and beyond to keep a satisfied customer and I will g

Impact Auto Body provided the best service I’ve ever received from a body shop. I came in with a complicated situation regarding the insurance claim and they made everything way less stressful. They were always extremely communicative and understanding. You won’t find more knowledgeable people for a better price anywhere in the area. Above all, my car looks fantastic!
